This website does not run its forms through a server-side backend. When you submit our quote form or contact form, it opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message addressed to our team, which you then send yourself from your own WhatsApp account. This is the primary way move requests reach us.

Because of this, conversations you have with us over WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy and terms, since WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. We only use the content of those conversations to plan and carry out your move — we do not use it for any other purpose.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

We share the minimum information necessary with our own moving crew and, where relevant to your specific move, our logistics or customs partners for international relocations — solely so they can plan and carry out the move you've booked. We do not otherwise disclose your information except where required by UAE law or a valid legal request.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site — which pages are viewed and how people navigate — so we can improve it. This is the only analytics service we use; we do not use advertising pixels, and we do not sell any data.

Analytics runs under Google Consent Mode with consent denied by default: no analytics cookies are set and no identifying data is collected until you choose "Accept" on our cookie notice. Information sent to us over WhatsApp remains in that conversation thread subject to WhatsApp's own retention practices, which are outside our control.
